It is really important to us here at Flora While that you are happy and confident in the service you receive from us. We have tried to be as open and transparent as possible with our sales, shipping and returns information as we know how irritating it is when things aren’t clear. Conditions of Sale
We are really pleased you are buying a collection from Flora While and want to make sure you get the most from your exciting new purchase. Just so we all know where we are, we have set out below our conditions of sale which you are consenting to by proceeding with a purchase.
We believe in transparency and aim to give you a clear idea of the nature of the plants and products that we sell. However, mother nature has her own powers and as you can appreciate there may inevitably be some variations in size, shape and colour from bulb to bulb. In the same way, all plants respond differently to the conditions they are grown in by their humans. As part of our service, we will give you lots of information about how to get the best from your purchase, however, variations may also happen because of conditions.
Very rarely a specific variety originally advertised is no longer available. If this is the case, we will replace the unavailable variety with something very similar and inform you in the product description and/or packaging.
Any goods we supply are not for resale without specific written agreement from us.
As we develop our products and services new features and tools will be added to our website and store, and these will all be bound by the same terms and conditions. From time to time we will update our terms and conditions and recommend that you revisit the website occasionally to familiarise yourself with any changes.

We want you to get the best from your Flora While purchase, and one of the key things with bulbs and plants is that they are planted at the right time of year. To help with this we will ship them to you at the right time, which may not be the same as the time you ordered them from us. We will always list on each product description and purchase confirmation an anticipated shipping time so you know when to expect your purchases. If, for any reason, we need to send you a product at a different time to when it should be planted, we will provide you with information about how to appropriately store it.
We want your purchase to arrive with you in the best possible condition. Although in their dormant state when delivered to you bulbs are a living thing, and need to be stored in the right way to make sure they continue to thrive…. As an example, we know that if they are left on a doorstep and get wet they might not do so well.
If you are not likely to be at home when your items are due to be delivered please let us have an alternative delivery address (perhaps a neighbour or family member). To ensure that we can arrange this request, please provide this information when you make your order. However, we all know life happens – if things change and you need to change your delivery address after placing an order please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number and we will do our best to redirect your order for you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to change a delivery address once your purchase has been processed for dispatch, so please notify us as soon as you can.
Flora While merchandise purchases have slightly different shipping – we will endeavour to get this dispatched within a working week. If this is not possible, we will let you know at the time you make the purchase and give you an idea about when it will be with you.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

We hope you will love your Flora While collections as much as we do. However, you have every right to change your mind and you can return it to us for a full refund.
All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the delivery date and the products and packaging must be in new, undamaged and unused condition. To return your Flora While product, please email us at email@example.com and you'll be sent a returns form and details of where to send your return. You will need to print the form and include it in the box. Please note, you will be responsible for making sure the product is appropriately packaged and for all return shipping charges and we recommend that you get proof of postage as you're responsible for the goods until they arrive with us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We closely monitor quality and condition of our products, but in the unlikely event that your purchase is defective or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange.
We will provide you with information about how to store your purchase to keep it in tip-top condition, unfortunately we will not be able to refund products that have not been stored as recommended.
